"Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Firewall and Cloud Security operations, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining security infrastructure using Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, Prisma SASE, and Fortinet Firewalls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud-based security solutions, and threat prevention technologies. This is a hands-on leadership role involving technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Palo Alto firewalls across on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Act as the primary escalation point for complex firewall and network security issues. - Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls in enterprise and data center environments. - Configure and support GlobalProtect VPN solutions for remote access and secure user connectivity. - Implement and manage Prisma Access / Prisma SASE solutions to provide secure cloud-delivered security services. - Administer and maintain Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including rule management, policy enforcement, and firmware upgrades. - Perform firewall migrations, rule optimization, and compliance audits. - Drive automation and orchestration efforts for firewall and security policy management. - Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and support agreements related to firewall and cloud security tools. - Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Palo Alto Prisma Access. - Excellent knowledge on Palo Alto firewall, content update, wild fire, URL filtering, NAT. - Hands on Experience on Prisma, Prisma Gateway, security policy, dns security, decryption, file block and Tunnel Management, Good Troubleshooting skill on Firewall issue, Global Protect, application slowness issue. - Understanding of Threat protection, EDL, SSL Inspection, VPN technology. - Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices. - Experience with security incident response and threat analysis. - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in security. - Ability to design and implement security architectures tailored to organizational needs. -Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, Prisma SASE -Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
