Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly and meet user expectations. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement efforts, adapting applications based on user feedback and changing business needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, Shell Scripting. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques to enhance application functionality. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Splunk. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
