Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements in Mumbai. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead incident management processes effectively - Implement best practices for incident resolution - Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive actions 1. Exp. supporting applications using Kafka and API. 2. Monitoring CTRL-M jobs 3. Understand concepts of ITIL 4. Experience in automation and using Jira, Metis and Confluence tools" Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework 1. L1/L2 Application support and Incident management 2. Experience using SQL and scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Korn) 3. Command lines (Linux/Unix)" Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
