Your job
As an HR Partner, you are the primary point of contact for our business on all HR related topics, ranging from advisory to executing the HR agenda. You will be responsible for the talent strategy agenda, and you will be in close contact with leadership and employees. You will combine this with Employee Relations responsibilities, for a full overview of the HR Lifecycle:
- You take ownership of the HR agenda and manage the HR cycle. You are the first point of contact for our People and our Leadership with regards to HR matters and questions.
- You will be a true matchmaker between the Consultants and the projects: coaching our consultants towards their next best opportunities while monitoring our capacity and KPI;
- Coach our line managers and People Leads, enabling them to guide employees and facilitate engagement.
- Advise leadership regarding the HR aspects of key business strategies, people topics and potential problem areas.
- Execute People Programs aligned with our Global & EMEA HR Strategy.
- Play an instrumental role in making sure that we do what is necessary for our business to grow and increase our return on talent.
- Even though much of the performance achievement process is done directly by our business, you are key in managing this process as HR Coach to our Leadership teams.
- You are the go-to person for all Employee Relations topics with regards to ethics & compliance, safe working environments, (long term) illness cases, sensitive matters, and more.
- With the support of our HR Operations team, manage HR Administration, contracting and legal documents.
- Collaborate with our Compensation & Benefits team on plans and initiatives for our People
- Collaborate on drafting, maintaining and implementing HR related Policies and Regulations across our organization.
The role of HR Partner is in the heart of Accenture. You will work not only closely with the management team of the business unit, but you will also be a part of our Employee Relations team, and as such in regular contact with several colleagues in our Geography (Belux, France and Mauritius) and with the other departments within HR/Corporate Functions.
In this role there is also room for your own projects to be set up that contribute to our business or HR.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations or HR Business Partner
- Fluency in Dutch is a must
- Ability to pivot from HR business partnering to Employee Relations topics, handling sensitive data and People matters
- Team player, data driven, able to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with consulting is a plus
