Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of human resources management systems and processes. - Experience with system integration and data migration strategies. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
