Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects that require a deep understanding of technology and its application in business processes, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require you to navigate complex challenges, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and reporting. - Experience with financial systems integration and optimization. - Ability to design and implement effective financial processes. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
