Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in O9 Solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
