The Work:
· Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
o Understand business priorities and develop marketing campaigns that add value to the business.
o Identify signature activities and collaborate with the country managing director of Thailand and her operating committee to build engagement and activation plans that strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and candidates.
· Leadership and Decision-Making:
o Lead strategic and decision-making discussions with country leadership, account teams, and local industry leaders, aligning your plans with their priorities and the broader business context.
o Position Accenture as the preferred partner and employer of choice for clients, partners, and candidates.
· Integrated Campaigns:
o Work closely with corporate communications, people engagement, Talent Brand, social media, and advertising teams to ensure integrated Accenture campaigns for customers, partners, and candidates.
o Collaborate with Client Relationship Marketing and Key Accounts Marketing teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
· Client-Centricity:
o Exemplify client-centricity by listening to and advocating for clients and their experiences.
o Act as a true partner, championing collaboration and innovation.
· Brand Custodianship:
o Advise senior business leaders on best practices for our brand, ensuring consistency and integrity.
o Manage issues that could damage or harm our brand, such as activating social listening and crisis management strategies.
· Global and Industry Alignment:
o Align local plans with global Industry teams to ensure that all relevant industry thought leadership is effectively activated in Indonesia.
o Build and maintain relationships with industry associations to amplify Accenture’s presence.
· Ecosystem Partnerships:
o Strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners to develop joint client activations and co-marketing initiatives.
· Performance Measurement:
o Measure performance against agreed-upon success metrics, using feedback loops for continuous improvement.
o Work alongside the SEA Marketing and Communications Lead to operationalize planning, processes, reporting, and budgeting.
What You’ll Need:
· Experience:
o 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or other B2B organizations.
o Strong business acumen and a good understanding of Accenture’s business areas and overall strategy, or previous experience in emerging technology and professional services marketing.
· Skills:
o Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization.
o Leadership qualities, team player, and strong collaboration skills.
o Stewardship across One M+C (Marketing + Communications).
o Advocate for clients and exemplify modern, data-led marketing.
o Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
o Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development, and measurement and reporting.
o Demonstrable experience in utilizing various channels, such as social media, email, and direct mail.
o Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively in both Thai and English.
o Creativity, flair, and innovation in achieving cut-through and differentiation for campaigns.
o Enthusiasm, passion for marketing, and a can-do attitude.
