The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements. • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality. • Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively. • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms. • Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models. • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications or training related to HR systems implementation or relevant HR modules. • Experience in customizing and configuring HR modules to meet specific client needs. • Knowledge of industry best practices in HR module implementation and integration.
