THE WORK:
As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed meet the specified requirements effectively. You will also participate in discussions to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement application features that enhance user experience.
- Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application design.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and architecture.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with SQL and database query languages.
- Experience with database security practices and compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Administration.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
