Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication within the team. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe, Application Modernization. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in integrating applications with various systems and platforms. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
