Debt Recovery Team takes care of the post suspension collection process. The team is not afraid of strict collections. They take part in conference calls, long term payment plans negotiations and deal with the bankrupts.
THE WORK:
Collect debts according to the post suspension process.
Pro-actively engage with debtors to ensure timely resolution.
Cooperate with internal departments Credit, Customer Service, Cash Operations, Billing and Sales teams.
Process cases in a timely and effective manner.
Resolve complex queries and influence Customers.
Negotiate and build business relationships.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Strong negotiations and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
