Contract Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Contract Associate Manager in Seattle, WA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Collaborate with account leadership, clients, commercial and business stakeholders on day-to-day delivery activities, including deliverable management, statement of work drafting support, and contract interpretation support.
- Coach junior members of the contract management team providing support and guidance and assessing training requirements to close skill gaps.
- Escalate commercial and contract risks and issues to contract management leadership and account leadership for resolution.
- Support pre-award sales activities, by engaging with the deal lawyers and account teams to assist in contract drafting.
- Collaborate with the business to ensure that drafted contractual documents, including Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, align with overarching business and legal objectives.
- Work closely with the account team to assist in managing the contractual obligations of all parties and facilitate any necessary contract adjustments.
- Aid in the preparation and dissemination of information related to contract status, compliance, modifications, and other relevant updates.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of contractual service offerings and the related commercial considerations to enhance awareness and education within the business delivery team.
- Establish contract management processes for specific projects or accounts, ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures applicable to the account are identified and communicated to the appropriate personnel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Contract Management.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Managing complex projects with a large cross-border team to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation;
- Supporting compliance in regulatory, tax, trade, and data privacy policies;
- Building relationships and governance with internal business teams and clients;
- Collaborating with internal or external client executives to influence key commercial decisions and negotiate contracts;
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial contract regulations, focusing on force majeure, dispute resolution, and payment terms;
- Drafting commercial terms conditions for clients and subcontractors; and
- Implementing contract lifecycle management principles.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the Requirement to Provide Pay Range law, the offered wage for this role is $122,408.00 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
