Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring that the implementation of new technologies aligns with business objectives. You will also participate in user and task analysis to accurately represent the needs of the business, facilitating a seamless integration of new solutions into existing frameworks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through well-structured processes. Roles & Responsibilities: -ActivityHandling projects/ change requests/ enhancements - analysis, designing, Customising and documentation of the changes for the supported system. -Resolving and/or supporting in solving incidents/service requests and problems and technical issues Technical support in development of Proof of Concepts and Prototyping. Proactive identification and communication of technical issues requiring further investigation and analysis by the respective support teams Continuous improvement of the system and processes -Execute the functional activities related to SAP Solution manager system SPS upgrade including but not limited to : Planning, Solman Setup Screening, Bug fixes, minor enhancements, Formal testing, change management, this would be run in all systems in landscape including sandboxes Active contribution to development of the knowledge base Escalation points for all technical issues Go-live support, hyper care and handover. -Adhering to timelines and KPIs defined as part of the agreement. Preparing and continuously updating user training documentation, how to guides, handbooks and other relevant materials to support end user enablement -Execute screenings, dry run tests, Formal tests on ALM related enhancements and bug fixes Document test results as per Roche standards Perform extensive screening, detailed testing for SolMan Upgrades (yearly) Professional & Technical Skills: • At least 12+ years’ experience in SAP Solution Manager Consulting with Focused Build, ChaRM modules. Cloud ALM exposure is preferable. • Hands on experience with SAP Solution manager modules of Project management, ChaRM, Focused Build, Solution Documentation, Test management, Release management, Basic system setup activities. • Hands on experience with Focused Build Workflow customization & Enhancements, Test Suite & Document Maintenance capabilities. • Experience in working in a regulated environment • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills • Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables • Strong written and oral communication skills in English Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
