Key Responsibilities for Senior Creative Designer
- Lead Campaign Design – Drive the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media assets, web banners, email creatives, video graphics, and motion design.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work closely with campaign managers and clients to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
- Present and Rationalize Creatives – Confidently present and explain design decisions to both internal teams and clients to build trust and alignment.
- Develop Templates & Design Systems – Create templates and design systems to ensure consistency across campaigns and brands.
- Mentor and Guide – Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, helping them improve skills and overall work quality.
- Challenge Creative Growth – Encourage the team to push creative boundaries, embrace AI tools, and continuously refine their craft.
- Facilitate Ideation Sessions – Lead brainstorming and review sessions for each campaign to generate innovative ideas and ensure alignment.
- Ensure Timely Delivery – Manage project timelines to deliver high-quality assets on schedule while maintaining brand guidelines and design standards.
- Analyze & Optimize – Review campaign performance and iterate on designs to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay Updated – Keep up with trends in digital marketing, social media, motion graphics, and emerging technologies, including AI, to drive innovation.
- It would be an added advantage if the person has UI/UX skills.
Qualification:
- 6-8 years of design experience minimum at an agency, design/consulting company or related industry
- Demonstrative experience in leading workstreams within a larger project
- Firm understanding of the differences between brand and campaign design responsibilities and processes
- Motion design at a fundamental to mid level
- UX/UI design understanding (ability to balance aesthetic with functionality and useability)
- Proven capability in collaborating with developers through a project from wireframe/planning to QC Packaging design at a fundamental to mid level
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent design taste and sensibility
- Expert proficiency in Photoshopand InDesign
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, including exacting attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
