📌 Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration & Transformation

• Lead end-to-end PLM data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Define data mapping, business rules, and transformation logic.
• Implement validation checks to ensure data integrity pre- and post-migration.

PLM Configuration & Development

• Configure PLM applications (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) in development/test environments.
• Support WRICEF (workflows, reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and forms) development and ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define source-target mappings.
• Develop dashboards/reports to communicate data insights.
• Train teams on ETL tools and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

• Identify data outliers, inconsistencies, and risks; define mitigation strategies.
• Optimize migration sequencing for efficiency.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years in PLM data migration (Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / Siemens Teamcenter preferred).
• Strong ETL expertise (Informatica, Talend, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of PLM data models, databases (SQL), and data relationships.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of cloud-based data sources (AWS, Azure).
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Certification in PLM platforms or ETL tools.
