Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards while addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
