Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards while addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
