You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication within the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, jQuery, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in integrating Pega applications with other systems and platforms. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
