We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to manage, optimize, and maintain our SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP system implementations, migrations, upgrades, including SAP HANA and XSA administration, and insurance-specific SAP modules.

Key responsibilities:

• SAP systems implementation, system copies, system refreshes, optimization and maintenance along with Patching and upgrades.
• SAP administration and monitoring (work processes, logs, users, short dumps, traces, disk space and resource utilization)
• User and role administration
• Performing security activities: requirements identification, analysis, design, system configuration, testing and deployment
• HANA administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep expertise in XSA (Extended Application Services, Advanced Model) administration.
• Familiarity with SAP transport management system (TMS) such as Charm, CALM
• Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams to ensure alignment on system changes and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as SAP Basis consultant
• Leading role at least for 2 years , good communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of architecture of an SAP System, Application Server (AS) ABAP and Application Server (AS) Java
• Knowledge of SAP security architecture, principles, technologies and solutions
• Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, SRM, SAP Solution Manager, MDG, PO/PI/XI, BO/BI, Fiori and S/4 HANA solutions
• Infrastructure Security (enabling SNC, SSL), implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (system health monitoring, job scheduling, transport management)
• HANA XSA administration
• User and Authorization Audit, Data Archiving
• Knowledge of communication techniques: RFC, OData via SAP Gateway
• Database administration, optimization and migration (HANA, MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, Max DB)
• Infrastructure Security
• Software maintenance, monitoring, configuring log/trace files
• Installing support packages and patches
• Cloud (Azure) infrastructure setup or cloud migration experience will be considered as an advantage
• Given that Accenture’s global working language is English and all work is conducted within an international context, strong English communication skills are essential for this role
• Due to project requirements, candidates must currently reside within the EU and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer
