What would you do? We are looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a visually sophisticated designer who thrives within established brand systems while consistently finding ways to push the creative boundaries.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designCreative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes. What are we looking for? •Adaptable and flexible •Ability to perform under pressure •Problem-solving skills •Ability to work well in a team •Written and verbal communication •3-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house creative team. •A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print mediums that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and visual storytelling. •Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other design tools is a plus. •Deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. •Clear understanding of print and print processes is a plus. •Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a team. •Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. •Experience working with established brand guidelines and a track record of evolving brand expression within defined systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs that align with brand strategy and business goals. •Design across a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, presentations, print collateral, and branding materials. •Work within stringent brand guidelines while bringing fresh, modern, and engaging visual treatments to every project. •Maintain meticulous attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and composition. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content teams to execute integrated campaigns. •Participate in and contribute to creative reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback. •Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Any Graduation
