Project Role : Security Delivery Lead
Project Role Description : Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).

Summary: We are looking for an experienced IAM professional with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SSO, Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth), and production support activities including troubleshooting and incident resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and maintain PingFederate across various environments. 2. Provide production support, debug issues, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents. 3. Develop and enforce policies related to SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and two-factor authentication. 4. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions for recurring issues. 5. Deliver timely updates on service activities and ensure continuity of IAM operations. 6. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous service improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID. 2. In-depth understanding of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security. 3. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and developing or consuming RESTful APIs. 4. Solid knowledge of LDAP directories, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments. 5. Skilled in troubleshooting, issue debugging, and conducting root cause analysis for critical IAM issues. 6. Proven experience in providing break-fix support and optimizing IAM workflows and processes. Additional Information: 1. Certifications in Ping Identity or other IAM technologies are a plus. 2. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities. 3. Open to handling complex IAM scenarios and driving service quality improvements.15 years full time education
