Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Quality Management

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
• Support the governance framework and ensure compliance with defined policies, processes, and reporting standards. • Track and validate alignment of initiatives with business objectives and transformation strategy. • Maintain the UXI dashboard, monitor daily UXI scores, and track month-to-month performance. • Assist in the evaluation of business cases, prioritization of initiatives, and resource allocation. • Monitor and report on KPIs, OKRs, and XLAs to ensure delivery against expected outcomes. • Identify and flag risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and services. • Perform data analysis on service delivery, program progress, and key performance metrics. • Detect process, tool, or reporting gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. • Collaborate with Service Owners, Program Managers, and Governance Committees to ensure effective coordination. • Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Contribute to the automation of reporting and the standardization of templates. • Support XMO-led campaigns, initiatives, and transformation programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
