Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration
Good to have skills : AWS Administration
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of server configuration and management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
