Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather information, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the systems in place, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage solutions. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery processes for data integrity. - Ability to work with monitoring tools to ensure system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
