Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow best practices. Roles and responsibilities: - Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow. - Implement and manage core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. - Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer flows. - Build user interfaces using Service Portal, Widgets, and Catalog Items. - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. - Collaborate with platform administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and data governance. - Support testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and patches. - Manage and migrate code using Update Sets, Scoped Applications, and Git (if applicable). Professional and Technical skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2–5+ years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (server and client side). - Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and related modules. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Additional information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience. - The position is at our Gurugram office. - A 15 year full time education is required.15 years full time education
