Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Observability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive network monitoring and visibility solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and Gigamon, and a strong understanding of network protocols, telemetry, and performance troubleshooting in hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and manage network monitoring tools including SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and Gigamon. Ensure end-to-end observability of enterprise and cloud networks for performance, availability, and security. Design and implement dashboards, alerts, and automated responses to identify and resolve anomalies and incidents. Integrate observability tools with ITSM and logging platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk). Analyze telemetry and packet-level data to troubleshoot complex network issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and network health. Maintain monitoring policies, documentation, and performance baselines. Support change management and incident response processes with real-time insights. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in network monitoring or operations roles. Proficiency in SolarWinds NPM/NTA, ThousandEyes (Cloud and Endpoint Agents), and Gigamon (visibility fabric, packet brokers). Strong understanding of network architecture (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers). Experience with SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow, Syslog, and packet capture tools. Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus. Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Industry certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent. Experience with other observability tools (Datadog, Wireshark, LogicMonitor, etc.). Experience with ITSM integration and DevOps practices.15 years full time education
