The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.

By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, hybrid, from Bucharest or Brasov.

How you’ll make an impact:

Accounts Payable:

• Processing invoices;

• Working in various applications (such as Oracle, SAP);

• Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers;

• Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time.

Accounts Receivable:

• Manage customers’ expectations;

• Reconcile client’s accounts;

• Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;

• Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel).
  
  
  General Ledger:

• Reconciling general ledger accounts;

• Preparing and reviewing financial reports;

• Managing monthly and annual closing processes;

• Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have advanced Dutch level & advanced English language skills;

• You communicate easily;

• Previous experience in F&A is nice to have. Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience may be required for some roles;

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters;

• You are reliable and proactive.
