Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, facilitating discussions that drive organizational transformation, and guiding teams in adopting agile methodologies to enhance their performance and competitiveness in the market. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients' strategic goals, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices within the organization. - Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance their business agility. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in organizational change management and transformation initiatives. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. - Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation techniques to measure success. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
