Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in proactive communication with stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the established service standards. Your role will also include documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer. - Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security measures. - Experience with automation tools to streamline file transfer processes. - Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting. - Ability to analyze and optimize file transfer workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
