Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Implement automated testing strategies - Develop and maintain automated test scripts - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Should have * plus years of working experience in Automation and functional testing. 2. Should have capable of Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation. 3. Should be good in Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy. 4. Should have strong knowledge of the Selenium WebDriver for Creating Basic Test Cases implementation 5. Should have minimum Java or Other supported Programming for Enhancing Test Cases 6. Hands-on experience of the TestNG or other Supported Testing Frameworks for Grouping Test Cases, Prioritizing Test Cases, Executing Test Batches, and Generating Test Results. 7. Should know the Selenium Grid for Parallel Test execution. 8. Maven Integration for creating and maintaining Selenium Test Environment. 9. Good Knowledge of Web Environment, Web Elements, and Operations on the Web Elements. 10. Good Understanding of Functional and Regression Test Automation. 11. Good knowledge of Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, 12. Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid). 13. Good knowledge of Element Locators, Inspecting Elements, and Selenium WebDriver API Commands or Methods. 14. Good to know the Jenkins for Continuous Integration, 15. Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, etc.). 16 Ready to work in shifts -12 PM to 10 PM Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
