About our departments
Software Engineering
Dive into the world of modern software development. You’ll work with agile teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications using technologies like Java, .NET, Python, React, and Node.js. You’ll gain hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native development on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Infrastructure Engineering
Be at the core of digital transformation by designing and managing intelligent infrastructure solutions. You’ll work on cloud migration, network architecture, cybersecurity, and automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell. Expect to engage with hybrid cloud environments, edge computing, and enterprise-scale systems.
SAP
Join one of the world’s largest SAP practices and help global clients transform their business operations. You’ll work on S/4HANA implementations, SAP BTP integrations, and industry-specific modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR). You’ll also explore how SAP intersects with AI, analytics, and sustainability.
Engineering Management
If you’re passionate about both technology and leadership, this track is for you. You’ll learn how to manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and align technical execution with business strategy. You’ll gain exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe), stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.
Data & AI
Work on data-driven solutions that power intelligent decision-making. You’ll explore data engineering, machine learning, and AI model deployment using tools like Python, SQL, Spark, and Azure ML. You’ll help clients unlock insights and automate processes at scale.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for various profiles and skills within the IT industry – so instead of limiting ourselves by listing specific skills, we would rather open it up to all IT-related profiles. Feel free to apply and show us, where do you think you can bring the most value.
As the minimum requirements, we imagine you have the following:
Strong IT and Technological background: a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
Passion for solving complex problems with technology
Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Fluency in English and preferably Danish
Experience with programming, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus
You must have completed your studies by February 1st, 2026

Recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of three interview rounds. Based on screening, selected candidates will be invited to our TTP Information & Speed Interview event on November 4, 2025, in the afternoon, at our office located in Carlsberg Byen.
Selected candidates from the speed interviews will be invited for further interviews in the next 2-3 weeks following the event.
