THE WORK:
- You'll set the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Growth & Sales Enablement function.
- You'll align team objectives with broader firm growth strategies and market priorities.
- You'll serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating ambition into action.
- You'll engage at the earliest stages of opportunity identification to inform go/no-go decisions, support the shaping of capture strategies and position for success prior to RFP release.
- You'll proactively identify high-potential opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
- You'll guide pre-positioning strategy for key pursuits.
- You'll support development of growth campaigns, events, and client engagement strategies.
- You'll build frameworks, tools, and processes to support repeatable sales enablement at scale.
- You'll oversee development and maintenance of sales collateral (capability statements, bios, case studies, etc.)
- You'll lead knowledge management and internal communications initiatives that align pursuit teams.
- You'll lead and develop a team of business developers, analysts, content specialists, and campaign strategists.
- You'll align team members to specific industry or regional areas to ensure deep market familiarity and targeted support.
- You'll drive a culture of cross-functional collaboration and high performance.
- You'll ensure seamless handoffs to the Bids & Proposals team and align with Governance & Operations to leverage tools, reporting and enablement infrastructure.
- You'll measure and report on team effectiveness, pipeline impact, and pursuit readiness
- You'll optimize team structure and roles as we grow, scaling to meet national and regional needs
- You'll continuously improve support models, tools, and resource allocation
- You'll track metrics including win rate improvement, early-stage capture wins and reduction of rework
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$150,000 - $250,000 a year
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in sales enablement, strategic growth, or business development leadership
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong market insight and pre-pursuit planning expertise
- Experience standing up or scaling enablement or growth functions
- Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and influencing skills
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with operational execution
- Passion for collaboration, innovation, and client-centric thinking
