THE WORK:

As a successful candidate, you will work within a team to help clients document, manage, and reinvent their processes. You will use state of the art tools, such SAP Signavio and Celonis Process Management to map and redesign processes as part of larger digital transformation projects. You will proactively interact with client stakeholders to gather business context, ensure successful delivery, and present tangible business benefits of our work. You will also contribute to internal projects within your team that will further the teams’ strategic goals.

We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationship

• Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral in English

• Attitude of proactive ownership and responsibility for the project goals

• Experience communicating with business stakeholders (gathering requirements, troubleshooting, presenting results)

• Attention to detail

• In depth knowledge of at least one process area (e.g. P2P or O2C)

• Practical knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

• Experience using tools for business process management (SAP Signavio, Celonis Process Management, Aris, etc.)
