Good to have skills: Knowledge on Security Tools

Job Summary: Security Analyst to coordinate with business contacts and internal teams to deploy security tools for new sites.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage & administer Tools Deployment process
• Deploy and configure security tools by coordinating with business contacts and Tools Support teams within SLAs
• Collaborate with other internal support teams & business contacts to address the deployment related issues / enhancements / long term solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for security tool configurations and procedures.
• Work with stakeholders for process improvements & automations.
• Reports – Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on different areas as per business requirement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge on information security & security tools
  Knowledge on IT infrastructure, Servers & Network devices
• Work experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow
• Knowledge on Excel – macros / power query
