We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Research Assistant to join our team and contribute to impactful studies focused on aging and intergenerational well-being. This role is ideal for a researcher eager to utilize their skills to contribute to meaningful work that directly enhances the lives of older adults and their families.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Experience: None
- Required Education: enrolled in a bachelor’s program
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- attention to detail
- willingness to learn new skills
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master’s program in nursing, social work, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: Experience with qualitative data analysis
Additional Details
- Pay Rate: $16/hour
- Anticipated start date: November 2025
- Hours: 5-10 per week, remotely or in-person
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing comprehensive research proposals.
- Navigate Institutional Review Board (IRB) procedures to ensure ethical standards.
- Design effective materials for participant recruitment.
- Gain hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Contribute to writing manuscripts for publication.
