Responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers with questions about mortgage payments / loans / etc.
• Documenting customer information into company specific database
• NO sales / NO collections

The shift is MON-THUR 11am-8pm / FRI 830am-530pm. NO WEEKENDS!
