HOT RODS 50S DINER - Grill Cook
JOB SUMMARY
We are interested in adding members to our kitchen team. A grill cook would be responsible for cooking to order, keeping the area clean, and communicating with other members of the team.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a positive attitude
- Is available to work part time or full time
- Has experience working high volume food service

Job Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintaining proper personal hygiene in accordance with restaurant establishment health codes and Hot Rods policy
- Helping portion/prep items to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Cooking each order, checking for accuracy and quality
- Communicating with other members of your team to ensure product quality and ticket timing
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- Maintaining accuracy and positive work environment during high volume times
- Communicating with members of management when appropriate
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in food service on a flat top grill
- Experience cooking to temp
