HEARTLAND SERVICES is HIRING dedicated people to help support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home. This can can be a very rewarding and fulfilling mission assisting with:
Duties:
- Personal care needs
- Companionship
- Transportation
- Outings in the Community
- Meal prep
- Light housekeeping
We are currently accepting applications for Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers, Part-time PRN positions available, (on call, as needed) in our Alcoa Supported Living Home/Maryville Group Home.
Benefits:
- $500.00 Sign-on bonus
- Starting pay $15.50 p/hr, after 90-day probationary period increase to $16.00

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (must be 18 yrs or older)
- Flexible shift - evenings/overnight, and/or weekends
- Valid/Current Driver's License, if working Overnight shift
- Clear background check
- Drug Screen
- MVR required
