Summary

We are looking for general laborers and operators to join our crews.

Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.

Operators are required to have at least 2 years of verified operating experience. Must be willing to operate amongst multiple underground utilities.

General Laborers do not need experience in underground utility, just a strong work ethic.

You must have dependable transportation to and from the shop each day and possess a valid driver's license.

We are a DRUG FREE workplace. You MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening along with random screenings.

You must also be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Hourly pay is based on experience.

We average between 40-50 hours a week. We offer competitive benefits, such as weekly pay, paid time off, health insurance and Aflac supplemental.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various utility operations, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of equipment and infrastructure.

Some Daily Responsibilities Could Include:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including natural gas pipelines.
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, directional drills and hydro vacs safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate placement of utilities.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects on time.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in utility locating and marking.
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required during operations.
