As a Service Writer at MowerWorx, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in service customers, ensuring smooth communication regarding the status of work orders. In addition to service writing, you’ll play a key role in equipment and parts sales, providing a well-rounded customer experience. Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in service customers.
• Open and manage work orders while keeping customers informed of progress.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure customer needs are met.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with equipment and parts sales.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sales area.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the outdoor power equipment or related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealer management software or similar systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in service writing or a similar role.
