Maintenance Dispatcher - $16+

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a maintenance dispatcher for a provider of Cabin Rentals in Sevierville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders
• Keep communication with maintenance, cleaners, vendors and customers
• Respond to field staff reports
• Inspection of work orders
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer Service minded
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical skills
• Ability to handle high volume calls
• Professionalism in stressful situations

Shift:

• Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.)
• Must have availability on the weekends
• 2 consecutive days off
