Position Description:

CGI is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, senior Power Platform developer to join a high-performing Agile team in designing and building modern, services-based web applications for a large government agency. Our team is using a modern development stack and various additional open-source technologies. You will have the opportunity to help build and modernize the system applications for cloud deployment. Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Architect, Design, and Implement solutions to effectively handle of case tracking, automating workflows, developing dashboards and reports utilizing MS Power Platform.
- Working with Scrum Master and Product owner to develop roadmaps, Release Plan, Sprint Goals, PBI refinement and Sprint Retrospective.
- Deliver quality code to meet project timeline estimation
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- This position requires at least 7 years’ experience in software development and IT consulting.
- This position requires at least 3 years of software development experience using Microsoft Platforms, Databases, and Cloud Infrastructure, i.e. Azure and Office 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, developing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI analytical reports.
- Experience with creating and maintaining a PP environment strategy, and managing the lifecycle of PP solutions.
- Work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, QAs, and BAs to support necessary technical guidance for the application management.
- Well-versed in web technologies and modern architecture and is familiar with best practices
- Experience working directly with clients, providing guidance to them as well as internal teams
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the full software life cycle
- Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodology


Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US eligibility.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106,300-186,000.
