This is a unique opportunity to offer solutions for operational issues faced by clients, and work directly with our team of Product Managers, Solution Subject Matter Experts, and Marketing Managers to shape and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposal responses for clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

Collaborate with Sales to develop robust, modern sales collateral, campaigns, proposals, demos and offerings to enable engaging customer conversations

Partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver Go to Market Strategies
Engage with sales and prospective clients to understand problem statements / pain points and create tailored messaging; ability to simplify technology discussions and tell a good story as to why it is important
Proactively conduct research to generate new ideas and continuously build expertise
Engage with clients, technology teams and partners to complete proof-of-concepts/bake-off with ability to convert ideas to prototype!

Identify creative solutions and/or opportunities and champion them with leadership
Provide leadership and mentoring in the areas of expertise to peers, developers, management, and business users including coaching, and ad-hoc training.
Leverage strong expertise on ERP solutions.
Partners with business and technology teams to contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps
Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings
Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams
Apply delivery and customer management best practices
Contribute to business strategy and budget planning
Manage profitability of engagements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

Ten years of industry experience ERP industry experience preferred, including two or more years in sales engineering or consulting
Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Performance budgeting experience as it relates to our ERP products
Experience advising clients
Experience in providing guidance and consultation on critical, common issues and best practices to team members.
Experience in providing solutions to the new applications and initiatives
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
Delivery and Business Development Skills
Previous public sector consulting and sales experience

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $136,200 -$317,700
