CGI is modernizing the records approach of a Federal agency with a goal of compliance with the OMB Memo M-23-07. We need a Sr. Records Management Analyst who can lead in the implementation of the agency’s Records Management strategic initiatives while supporting its operational priorities.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead discussions around records policies and regulations.
• Understand Federal Universal Electronic Records Management (UERM) requirements.
• Understand OMB Memorandum M-23-07 and NARA’s guidance for implementation.
• Identify and lead the evaluation of updated processes, tools and services in meeting agency’s records requirements.
• Work with other teams in understanding their ability to meet and support agency records requirements.
• Write analysis papers and briefings evaluating current approaches to records and how they can be updated to match the latest records management approaches and improve internal processes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship.
• 10+ years of information technology, content management or other related experience.
• 8+ years of experience with records management.
• 5+ years of Federal records management.
• Experience with enterprise content management.
• Experience implementing records management requirements in Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Experience with multiple records management software vendors.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106,300 - $204,600.
