Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

We are seeking an experienced consultant to collaborate closely with our clients in defining and enhancing their end-to-end enterprise business processes. In this role, you will work with our dynamic team and clients to lead business process modeling sessions, creating As Is and To Be business process models. These models will provide clarity on strategic direction, resource alignment, and enhance daily operational efficiency. Further, implementing these models will provide the tactical wins for our customers using the low-code platform that CGI offers to solve complex business problems. As a techie equipped with business modeling skills, you’ll create an impact that touches the life of employees, vendors and residents.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with Business Process Modeling.

Essential skills include:
• Ability to model and configure processes through CMMN/BPMN/DMN notations
• Familiarity with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and understanding of JSON, XML data
formats
• Demonstrated experience in driving BPM programs in terms of what process knowledge,
methodology, and technology needs to exist or be developed within an organization
• Experience with Business Process Engineering; aligning processes with business strategy
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Effectively communicating with team members and customers at all levels
• Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones
across the country and in India
• Ability to travel to client site as needed (25-50%)

Desired skills include:
• Ability to rapidly design, prototype, and implement applications using the platform's tools.
• Experience with integrating BPMN/CMMN models with external systems using APIs.
• Ability to debug models and solve issues while supporting model based applications.
• Previous government consulting experience.

Additional “nice to have” skills include:
• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with data modeling and designing efficient database schemas.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and
documentation tools.
• Solid experience with one or more leading low-code platforms, e.g., OutSystems, Appian,
Mendix, Pega.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,600 -$176,300.
