Position Description:

Become part of a team to help a large government agency to support the maturing of the agency’s service delivery capabilities and data analytics reporting capabilities. CGI Federal is seeking a Master Data Management SME to support a large data modernization project for a federal agency.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Manages the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities.
• Oversees a team of analysts that analyze and enrich master data elements and optimize the flow of data between users and stakeholders.
• Manages data governance and ensures data integrity by leading data management efforts across the organization.
• Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor level education in a technical degree
• Familiarity with a broad range of computer hardware and software, application development and processes
• Master Data Management Strategy development, implementation planning and delivery
• Experience in building data governance across and enterprise
• Experience in designing and implementing Business Intelligent solutions
• Technology infrastructure / architecture assessment and solution development
• Familiarity with the issues associated with managing Master Data Management in large, complex organizations
• Minimum of five years of experience within an MDM Strategy role
• Minimum of five years of experience in consulting
• Rapidly assess Master Data Management implications of business strategy and vice versa
• Industry and business research, assessment and insight development

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $94,500 - $165,300
