We are seeking to hire a Sr. Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our financial services team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry giants in the secondary mortgage industry. Preferred location is Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN or Columbia, SC., but the position is open to Remote work anywhere in the US where there is a local CGI Office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Conduct statistical analysis of various data to identify emerging risks, root causes, interdependencies, risk trajectories and related findings
Prepare accurate, succinct and insightful enterprise risk reports based on analysis of risk data including key risk indicators, analysis of internal controls, scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk assessments of controls
Prepare comprehensive, well-written, concise, illustrative reports and executive dashboards to capture conclusions and key findings resulting from risk assessments, analyses and recommendations
Develop and enhance the framework, policies and procedures that govern the Enterprise Risk Management Program and associated activities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on operational, strategic, compliance, reputational and related organizational risks
Creating or assisting in creating a framework for enterprise risk management which applied a standard framework (i.e. COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
A strong background in risk management, including a solid understanding of risk assessment and analysis.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analysis techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare comprehensive reports and executive dashboards.
Validated knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Strong analytical skills for conducting quantitative and qualitative risk analyses.
Proven ability to work with various types of risk data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Expert understanding of various risk categories, including operational, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks.
Desired Skillset
Proficient in one or more of the following tools: Python/R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx Knowledgeable in credit models, mortgage security pricing/hedging, DFAST, CECL, and VaR framework
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $53,100.00 - $130,600.00.
