Position Description:

CGI, a Platinum Salesforce Implementation Partner, is seeking multiple Salesforce Business Analyst roles. The selected candidate is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. The business analyst will work to help analyze, define, and document requirements that translate customer needs into Salesforce technology solutions that support the company’s strategic goals. They will rely on their growing functional skills and experience to design and deliver solutions with clean, well-organized, and functional capabilities to CGI’s Government Salesforce customer base. This person will work with our clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value using Salesforce.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the end users’ needs.
• Implement configuration tasks per direction from task lead
• Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.
• Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/ issues.
• Partner with the business areas in the creation of process workflow documentation and user manuals.
• Execute client communication including various written communications to include one-on-one client conversations.
• Create customer reports as required
• Refine product backlog as part of the overall solution architecture effort
• Collaborate with team members and other departments in defining business requirements for optimal use of Salesforce functionality
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce Applications

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring and handling complex processes with Flow and Process Builder required.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently or with little direction.
• Proven ability to think critically and effectively communicate in a team environment.
• Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications
• 3+ years of business process modeling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies including DevOps or agile delivery models, Scrum methodology.
• Experience in JIRA preferred

Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76300/ to $133500

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S
