Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for an Enterprise Monitoring Production Support to join our team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. Your future duties and responsibilities:

CGI is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with in-depth enterprise monitoring support experience in a netcool, site scope, ITM etc.
This role will be directly involved in providing day to day production support for multiple mission critical enterprise monitoring tools in production. This role will also include Pre-Implementation analysis and guidance for new applications going into production. Candidate should have a solid background in providing production support, so they have a good understanding of the requirements. Should be open to nights and weekend rotation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• ​Exposure to NEtcool, ITM, Sitescope, Splunk etc.
• Needs to have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities and be detail oriented.
• Needs to be knowledgeable in their organization’s procedures, processes, and standards, understand the software development lifecycle, and have experience using relevant IT tools and technologies.

Education Requirement:
​Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.​

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $53,100.00 - $130,600.00.
