Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations & Strategic Planning team. The successful candidate will drive the execution of operational governance across our Strategic Business Unit (SBU), manage key projects and programs, and manage corporate reporting, deliverables, and meeting governance.

This role works collaboratively and closely with our BU operations and provides an exciting opportunity for exposure to a wide breadth of our business. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented project manager that takes a thoughtful approach to executing the day-to-day operational activities to support the continuous improvement and growth of our business.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Operational Governance: Lead and manage operational governance across the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with goals. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures. Monitor the completion and tracking of compliance activities. Work closely with operations teams to streamline and document processes and enhance overall efficiency. Oversee the governance and administration of executive meeting calendar and cadence aligned with project schedules and strategic priorities. Manage the preparation of corporate reporting and deliverables such as Global Operations, Business Planning, and Enterprise Risk. Oversee Strategic Planning programs (Voice of our Member-Partners and Voice of our Clients) Project & Program Management: Lead and support the implementation of projects and initiatives within the SBU from initiation to completion, working with necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts. Develop and implement change management plans to minimize business disruption and maximize intended project outcomes. Lead and support Strategic Business Unit (SBU) programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience. In addition:
• Proven experience in operations or cross-functional project management roles
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in tools and business software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project, Outlook/calendars, etc.)

• Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thoughtfully sequence parallel activities and schedules
• Ability to work collaboratively and across multiple stakeholders to drive projects forward

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,900 - $150,000.”
